Coaching & Facilitation

Helping charity people overcome burnout and charities build healthier, more sustainable cultures.

I am dedicated to creating a healthier, more sustainable charity sector.

Who I work with…

I collaborate with a diverse range of people and organisations within the charity sector, including Fundraisers, Charity Consultants, HR Managers, Leaders of Governance and Culture, Development Directors, Founders, CEOs, as well as Purpose-driven Business Owners.

Whether you're an individual desperate for change or a leader of an organisation aiming to enhance team resilience and productivity - together, we can tackle burnout, improve motivation and ensure sustainable impact.

People work with me for various reasons, such as overcoming burnout, transitioning to new roles, ascending to senior positions, meeting fundraising targets, cultivating effective team management, recovering from redundancy, navigating organisational change or redesigning their work-life balance.

Organisations work with for to educate their teams on new ways of working to address stress, alleviate overwhelm and overcome burnout. Through interactive workshops, C-Me Colour Profiling, nurturing coaching and effective strategies we create resilient teams, improving overall staff well-being and retention, increasing positive impact and overall organisational sustainability.

I've coached individuals and teams across all career levels, all driven by a common desire to create positive change, gain balance in their lives, and succeed in careers that make them happy.

If any of these resonate with you, let's explore how we can collaborate.

C-Me Colour Profiling

C-me Colour Profiling focuses on your behaviours, exploring your adapted (at work) persona and natural (under stress or at home) persona using the language of colours. This psychometric tool enhances self-awareness, helps you understand those around you, and promotes adaptive communication styles, leading to heightened connection, collaboration, and innovation.

Case Study

Let me share a story from a recent client, Sarah, a Fundraiser Director who was facing burnout and struggling to balance her work and personal life. When Sarah started working with me, she felt overstretched and under immense pressure, unable to be present with her family.

Through my signature coaching program, Sarah felt truly heard and understood. Together, we crafted an action plan focused on overcoming burnout, establishing healthy boundaries, and developing new ways of working. As a result, Sarah now finishes work on time, spends quality time with her children, and enjoys collaborating with her team.

If you find yourself in a similar situation as Sarah, feeling overwhelmed and yearning for a healthier work-life balance, I invite you to book a call with me today. Let's explore where you are right now and map out the journey to where you want to be. Coaching is an investment in your future, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
