Team Development Programme

Is your charitable organisation facing challenges like burnout culture, frustrated team members, an unhealthy working environment, or low morale?

You're not alone. Research has shown that more than 9 out of 10 charity employees have experienced stress, overwhelm, or burnout in the past year, with over 80% admitting they were more likely to put themselves in situations that led to stress and burnout, especially when their charity's cause area or service users were facing a crisis.

It's clear that the charity sector is facing significant and demanding pressures. But what can be done to support the people who make it all possible?

Organisation Challenges

Your charity's mission is incredibly important, but it should not come at the expense of your team's well-being and effectiveness. Burnout and team frustrations can restrain your organisation's ability to make a meaningful impact.

My Team Development Programmes are designed to address these challenges and equip your team with the tools and strategies they need to thrive while supporting your organisation’s beneficiaries and pursuing its mission.

Work collaboratively to build a stronger, more resilient, and more effective organisation, by:

  • Creating a pipeline of talent throughout Management and Leadership.

  • Retaining and supporting your team.

  • Building a healthy working culture where the people who make it all possible can avoid burnout, feel valued, and contribute confidently to your charity's mission.

Programme Structure

Case Study

I worked with, a small charity focused on providing safe drinking water in emergencies, who were struggling with significant challenges. Their CEO and other senior staff were burnt out, affecting their well-being and the confidence of the teams. Increased workloads across the organisation were fueling frustration among team members.

To address these challenges, the charity and I worked through my Team Development Programme. Taking the organisation through a series of group Workshops, C-Me Colour Profiling, and Coaching.

The results were transformative: attendees overcame burnout, and team confidence was restored. Frustrations were reduced, and the organisation's culture improved. The charity is now better equipped to fulfil its mission while ensuring the well-being of the people that make it all possible.

By participating in this programme, your organisation can expect:

  • Strategies to overcome and manage burnout, enabling effective leadership.

  • Restoration of your team's confidence in leadership and the organisation.

  • Reduction of workload-related frustrations among team members.

  • Improvement of your organisation's culture, promoting a healthier work environment.

  • Ensuring a more sustainable impact, allowing your team to avoid burnout and contribute confidently to your charity's mission.
